February Vestry Notes: Susan Rowe

Father Tom opened the meeting with a prayer for the Rector Search. The vestry elected a Junior War- den and Clerk of the Vestry; Kendall Burch will continue as our Junior Warden and Karen Porter will be our Clerk of the Vestry.

The vestry affirmed and approved the selection of Joseph McGuire as Saint Andrew’s Treasurer. Joe presented the January financial report with both income and expenses more favorable than budgeted.

Father Tom is completing the planning for Lent; this includes the Adult Education Forum, the full sched- ule of services and plans for an evening potluck and Evensong Service of Healing.

The vestry planned the date of the vestry retreat as March 11, 2023. Goals for Mutual Ministry and ves- try liaisons will be determined.

The Rector’s Search is now posted to the Saint Andrew’s and National websites.

Victoria Dodson has agreed to assist Fr. Tom as parish administrator for the remainder of our transition. She will be working remotely and primarily focused on parish communications.
