Vestry retreat, March 11, 2023

We reviewed vestry roles and assigned liaisons to each of the church ministries, to lend support and report needs
back to the vestry.
We reviewed the progress and completion of the Mutual Ministry goals for 2022.
We discussed and agreed on Mutual Ministry goals for 2023.
We discussed possible repairs for the kitchen.
The family ministries were discussed, the Sunday school is progressing well. Fr. Tom will meet with Liz and Jenny
to plan for next steps over the summer and into September.
Review of past and future fundraisers was discussed. Quiz Night will be resumed on Saturday, May 13 with
Kristina Younger volunteering to coordinate the event. The Celtic Faire will be restarted; a meeting for interested
volunteers will be held this spring.
We started and concluded with a prayer, scripture readings, and reflection.

Vestry meeting, March 21, 2023

The financial reports were reviewed; currently the net incomes and expenses are better than budgeted. The vestry
approved Susan Rowe to be a signer on the Church account.
Father Tom has met with the altar guild, acolyte, EM, lector, and music ministries and the Holy week services
have been planned.
A meal was provided to the Veteran’s Village on March 14th.
An Easter egg preparation and hunt is planned, see weekly update.
Bids were obtained, approved, and funds appropriated to take out the tree on the edge of the property in the
lower parking lot. The roots have cracked the neighbor’s driveway.
The vestry received training on Google Drive for the master schedule of church ministries.
The Mutual Ministry goals for 2023 were approved by the vestry.
Quiz Night will be Saturday, May 13, 2023.
